So, printers are just disposable now, aren't they??

I think my Canon printer is less than 2 years old and I tried to print something this morning only to get a message from it that said: "Error code [something] Unplug the printer and take it for repair." Seriously annoying [smilie=rollingpin.gif] Is there any point it taking it for repair or am I better off just getting a(nother) new one?

Really depends on how much ink you have left.
So…if you wish to wish a wish, you may swish for fish with my Ish wish dish.

This is Mr. S's response to my question:
Printers are disposable. For some reason the industry got in a race to the lowest code. This means:
1) They're inexpensive and
2) They suck
I want to laugh, but I'm irritated that I pretty much have to go buy a new one now. Perhaps I should get one that uses the same ink...
