Lactose free milk

my friend drinks only lactose free milk..is it as nutritious as the normal milk..she says it's good for health...is that true?

I've heard it's very good for your teeth thereby requiring less trips to the dentist.

I haven't been able to find lactose-free milk in a bag. Does anyone know one that comes with a bag?

I drank milk on daily basis but haven't any experience of the lactose free milk....
I also want to know about that one product and want to have such an experience of
that one........

No point in drinking lactose free milk unless you're allergic to lactose.

Well i agree with Nadvin that regular milk is very good for health and it has many benefits and it contains good amount of protein and other nutrition that are beneficial for health.
