cough cough cough :( Finished the drugs, chest pains have thankfully stopped, but now I have a dreadfully sore throat, swollen glands, can hardly swallow. What the hell superbugs are going around this year? :shock:

I'm travelling today, love, all the way to Blighty. Got my inhaler at the ready :(

It's a tricky one, this bug, it comes and goes. Felt fine for almost a week, just like a fortnight ago.

No Doubt! The slinkies & I all had 'the plague' back in May. Hell on Earth. I've not been that sick ever I don't think. Probably lost 3-5kg though :lol: Glad you're on the mend - have a great trip, K!

Hope it all went well. Did you seek a second opinion? I did, when a consultant advised me to have the same surgery. The second guy I saw told me not to sleep with the aircon on and gave me a flixonase nasal spray to use as a preventative measure and I've been fine ever since. I recognise this piece of wisdom is a tad too late now [smilie=whistle.gif]

looks more like a slice of a CT or MRI scan than a Xray scan. But I may be wrong.
