Sichuan cumin pork ribs

Anyone here have good insights into Sichuan pork ribs - a number of their restaurants do a dish with pork ribs in a cumin and Sichuan peppercorn dry rub. It's damn good but I can't find a recipe for anything resembling it. Any hints? I am going to play around with some concepts now but tips often come in handy
