Recommendations for Diet Plans, Exercise Plans, Diet Pills?

Gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy & after, which after two years later has not been lost.

At the moment, I'm looking to loose exactly 100 pounds. I'm 25, stand at 5'7, and currently weighs 285. Honestly, I'm at my biggest & would love to finally do something about it before I reach 300lbs.

I have been so busy with school & work, that I've become satisfied with the wrong eating habits (take outs, junk food, sodas) and lifestyle (lack sleep, stress, not enough exercise, constantly on the go, etc).

Now, if you need to be NEGATIVE.. please DISMISS yourself RIGHT NOW; as I don't want to hear it. I don't want to hear a bunch of mumbo gumbo, as you can see I care enough about myself to want to change.

So, to those of you familiar with this.... Would love any recommendations for diet plans, exercise plans, and diet pills that DO work. I'm very dedicated to starting my weight loss journey by eating right, as well as exercising regularly. The diet pills would be used in combination with diet & exercise for a greater success!

Lastly, what's the best way to get rid of fat? I know this can be done by toning your muscles as you lose weight, right? Meaning, I don't want to lose all this weight & then be saggy.. Would love to have met my goal by the end of this year; is it possible? Recommendations, Suggestions, Help??

Oh come on, Tas, which woman wouldn't go to a forum of strangers, give all that detailed information about how overweight she is and ask for advice?

It's perfectly natural...

I, for one, believe her.

Have no advice, obviously, because I'm 54 years old, 6.1 foot, weigh only 165 pounds and am fitter than ever.

Are you doing caloric restriction? If so, what protocol are you using?

No, mate, pizza, pasta and anything else I like. Also drink coffee and alcohol. Don't smoke or take sugar, though.

Same as him. Get regular rigorous exercise, eat whatever I like in moderation and avoid sugary drinks and fried food except for a treat once or twice a week. NO rubbish pills required. 58, 1.73M, 75Kg and still dragon boating [smilie=bananen_smilies051.gif]

Simple formula...
Eat less + exercise more = weight loss

I love my food so find that this formula works too...
Eat anything + (exercise x 4) = weight loss

And more importantly, could you just tell us what you're selling or advertising and stop spamming every other damn thread from 2008 onwards.

Many mothers have an issue with weight once baby comes along. The problem is they consume so much of your time and energy there is none of either left to exercise. A viscous circle really as it is exercise that gives you the physical and mental energy to help you cope with all the changes in your life.
I have one piece of advice WALKING
I gained 25k, almost half my body weight, in each pregnancy. I lost it all very quickly by walking each morning. I was a stay at home mum so it was easy to feed baby/babies, throw them in the stroller and beat the street. If you are a working mum then hop off the MRT or bus a few streets earlier, walk don't drive to the shops or start taking the stairs instead of the lift.
WALK WALK WALK it's cheap and easy to fit into your daily life.
