Well it doesn't need the drugs you are pushing, that's for sure.

I try to take a multivitamin every day and drink loads of water to be honest, I'm all natural. I really don't like the idea of putting chemicals into my body. I try to work out 3x per week (urg, hasn't been happening lately with my holiday schedule) and make sure to eat lots of veggies. While I lovelovelove the holiday season, I tend to pack on a few pounds because of all the sweets and tasty drinks around me all day. I've actually started taking a supplement for liver health along with my Omega 3 and iron supplements. I think iron supplements are super important for women because we tend to be more iron deficient. Omega 3 fatty acids are great for my complexion, I use the GNC brand. I take Essentiale for my liver supplement, and I forget what I take for iron. If you take an iron supplement be sure to take it at night, it's a little though to digest. While these may seem like an awful lot of supplements, I feel great. Highly recommended for people who are trying to stay healthy!
