Dino - Poorly maintained facilities - we had stuff like drippy toilets and ceiling leaks as well as missing hardware for safety locks. Nice and probably well meaning staff in general, but clueless. Restaurants with nearly half the menu unavailable for days, stuff listed in their day trip options that wasn't available (and probably hadn't been for a long time). The list goes on. It's too bad, really, because the beach is nice and the grounds are pretty with good potential. What the place needs is an influx of cash to nicen it up and someone who actually understands customer service who can implement it.

Edit: spelling

So many hotels in Malaysia are clueless. It's a pity.
