TV series : Jekyll

Post by daffodil » 2nd Mar, '08, 19:30

Just watched the first 2 hour episode, pretty impressive performance from James Nesbitt (Cold Feet) as Tom Jackman, a descendent of Henry Jekyll who transforms into Mr Hyde with nasty consequences! Nesbitt really convinces as Mr Hyde without the need for major physical transformation.

Not just a (simple) case of alter-ego running rampant - there's an organsisation following him too and no doubt some complex plot afoot.

Good stuff!

ABC in Oz... :(

Do you think maybe, possibly, perhaps BBC entertainment might put it on sometime? Otherwise we have no chance.

Watched in on the ABC, as it was released in UK in 2007 maybe it's out on DVD by now. Believe it's just 6 episodes long.

circumstantial evidence proves nothing and only allows you to infer things, and that leads to assumptions, and once you start to assume things, you what?

Aha! A direct quote from "Bad Sales Training 101, delivered by a sad git who wasn't good enough to make money by selling stuff so went into training" - but that is only an assumption...

Those who can't teach become education administrators. According to my sister. Who's a teacher.

And a hippy, but that's neither here nor there....
