The Avengers
Top movie - out and out super hero movie, with some great scifi action scenes and overall, made me enjoy the money I'd spent.
It does entertain, some funny one-liners and if you've enjoyed any of the single-hero movies then bringing them together is good.
4 out of 5 stars - Gold Class worthy.

Agree. Great movie. Lots of fun. Being dragged back to see it again, but not complaining.

Is this the one where the reason why the bad brother is bad is because he's adopted?

He is not bad because he is adopted, he is bad because he is bad...it's in his blood.

Yeah, I've sen a few threads on adoption boards warning against watching it. Possibly over-sensitive (haven't seen it so don't know) but not comfortable with the idea of bad blood either.

Re: The Avengers
Loki is bad because he's a "frost giant", which is the enemy of Thor's people in Asgard. The adoption part was academic (more like kidnapped?).
