That's what they quoted me to Perth, but not sure how distance affects price.

Btw, their insurance is expensive (refer to the notes I sent you for a cheaper alternative).

The actual Ocean Freight costs for a 20' container to Perth are about S$1000/20' at most. Of course, there is packing and unpacking, trucking at origin and destination, customs clearance at both ends, terminal charges etc - but you get the point about high margins.

Very bad experiences with an expensive company listed on the first page, named after an American city.

We'll never, ever use them again.
