Location of members

Post by Dinosaur » 22nd Feb, '09, 13:23

TO ALL YOU GOOD MEMBERS OF SINGAPORUM:

I know it cannot be enforced but, as a relatively new member and I don't know most of you folks, it would be nice to know people's locations - even if it's just the country, rather than having to work it out all the time. Life is too short y'know. And why don't you want to put your location? I mean - are you embarrassed? Is it top secret?

thank you,
phuketkaren in errr Phuket

Just for you!
A woman walked into a pub and asked the barman for a double entendre. So he gave it to her.

Oh thank you Lili. I wonder if some more people will "come out" - aw, maybe that's not the correct turn of phrase.

Seriously, it does make things a bit easier for newcomers. cheers.

Nothing matters but doesn't it make it easier with communicating with someone? I mean, people put their ages (well, some do). It gives you some idea of who you are communicating with. Isn't that the point with a Forum? Or is this too deep? Okay, I'll go and have a lie down :|
