Pork chops and sage

Postby chocolate » 13th Jun, '13, 04:21

Mr. Chocolate made this last night and it was divine

I never quite appreciated how wonderful pork and sage were together. A pretty easy week night meal. He served it with roast potatoes with rosemary and brussel sprouts cooked in the fat from the crispy bacon (pancetta in this case) that he served them with - which lends support to the theory that bacon makes everything better!

I think I'd like to try this recipe! Thanks!
A woman walked into a pub and asked the barman for a double entendre. So he gave it to her.
