Lahmacun (spicy minced lamb flatbread

Finely dice
½ onion
½ red & green pepper
½ fresh chilli
1-2 garlic cloves
Dried chilli flakes - to taste
Add
250grams minced lamb
Salt & pepper – to taste
Dry Cumin
Mix together until combined, spread on flatbread or pitas (you can make your own flatbread and put it on the dough raw)
Bake in preheated oven at 180celcius for 8-10 mins

then add fresh cilantro and squeeze fresh lemon juice on and eat... [smilie=mango.gif]

It is, made it two nights ago, forgot to mention after the diving of veg need to squeeze the liquid out. Used a tea towel
