Just thought I'd revive this thread. In less than 2 weeks time I'm off diving to Komodo - there be dragons there!

However, over the last month my knee has been a bit weak after tweaking it further in a futsal match. Rested it for a couple of weeks and am now doing some swimming and leg exercises to strengthen it. Both are going well: one Sunday/Monday I could do 2-4 lengths prior to just floundering around in the pool like a big splashy thing, last night I completed my first 300m non-stop, perfect tumble turns most the way through, followed up with two further 300m. This morning, another 400m swam.

The endorphins are being released, my arms are toning up, I'm think about what I'm eating and altogether it's a feeling that I'm going to be so much better prepared for the dive trip.

YAY ME!

Enjoy! Please don't push yourself.. I'm very big on avoiding sports injury.

I'm happy I managed to run today! And have chocolate ice cream over warm brownies.

I managed to install Amahi on the Fedora 14 install I created on VMWare.
So…if you wish to wish a wish, you may swish for fish with my Ish wish dish.

Pre-honeymoon? Isn't that the wedding itself?
