I'm happy today cos I looked t a new apartment and it look like what I want. Shame the current apartment is going, but LL is not playing ball. Looks like I may have to downsize the pool table.....

Just saw the rugby results: Tigers got their first Premiership away win, whilst England won the opening round of the World 7s series. Sports is going well for England (except football event awards....)

And the Tigers game is on at 7:15 tonight! Cool!

Today I'm happy to live in Germany at Christmas. Yesterday evening we went to our town's small Christmas market. Snow, mulled wine, music, twinkly lights, and the Young Masters in a working miniature steam train that toots and chugs its way around the Christmas tree.

Germany's awfully good at Christmas. [4624.gif]

Today FB has his work's Xmas party. Masquerade Party. Interesting indeed: means little amount of work will be done today!

Everytime I read this thread I get an urge to clap my hands, stomp my feet and shout "Hooray"

I'm off work for two weeks, doing a prune ahead of the packers coming and moving to Jakarta.

This makes me happy.

Also happy that I have picked up 2 hard cover books off Amazon to round out my dads's Christmas present, at easily less than half the quoted price and less than the order time
AND picked up 3 Phryne Fisher fluff paper backs for my summer holis

Very happy today! Some months ago I bought an awesome bbq on impulse for a stunningly cheap price through a contact in the trade. I have absolutely no use for it at the current house, but simply couldn't pass up on it. We're planning to build a new house and this BBQ will be perfect, but it has to be stored until then.

It weighs 200Kg and was delivered boxed on a pallet and has been sitting, immovable, in the middle of the garage since I bought it. Today we finally got around to getting it unpacked, off the pallet, put 9 casters under the pallet, and repacked the bbq back onto the pallet. Now we can move it around!

Happy because I work with a great and very tight team. Even when we have to deal with a vindictive focking arsehole of the highest order, it's easy to do when you are surrounded by loyal capable people.

Oh, and because there is a box of Cadburys chocolates in the office.
If there was a God, then why is my arse the perfect height for kicking?

200kg? Is it the size of a small country?

No, but it's very solid (stainless, slate and teak) and I reckon it looks very cool. Here's a link to a 3D thingy.
