Roti Prata, stobbit, sob. Nothing like that in the Central Hawkes Bay! A gourmet sausage is a big thing down here . Napier and Hastings are a bit different I suppose.... but us.... So, we cook our own! Drink lots of CHB wine. Summer is here. BUT we would still chew your arm off for a REAL one...
