New word usage..

"we are aiming to socialise the approval prior to the meeting.."

'to make absolutely sure you are.... and memorialising your processes"

"Should you require a rapid response please feel free to reach out to John Smith"

'socialise' the approval? what are you going to do, bring it out on walks to meet other approvals?

language like that makes me really unwell...

I appreciate that language is vital and evolving, but those examples are just plain wrong.

I think I need a "harrrruuummmph!!!" just about here...
