I love this place

Post by Joseph27 » 21st Mar, '13, 22:51

Well maybe its the G&T talking - maybe it was the hokkien mie - but I sure love Singapore. Now staying in Geylang - a 2 minute walk to an MRT and everything else with throwing distance. And to top it off I have a nice job again - a year away and back in the swing of things

That's great on you J27. I wish we were still in Singapore. Live it up while you can I say.
I guess we're not in Kansas anymore.

Bloody brilliant here if you ask me. Don't have any of those pesky snow issues my mates are having in London now. 8-)

There's no snow in London. It's all in the darkest north and the curious west. That's not to say that it's not bloody freezing

Never cold unless I choose 16 degrees on my AC or see a movie :)

I am loving Geylang - in an appropriate manner. Great feeling - awesome food selection and great prices. Don't like the seedy side and can't see anything attractive in that other side.

Anyone needing anything at Spotlight are welcome to contact me.

Couldn't agree more Geylang is great. Close to orchard, chinatown, little india, Geylang serai (Malay part of geylang), CBD and East Coast beach and all the other major attracitons. And things are cheap too and varied.

Thanks. Over the last month or so we're fighting a couple of spam registrations an hour, 24 hours a day.

Luckily the auto banning is catching most but the admin mailboxes are full of new user registration emails.
