JJ Cale passed away -he literally lived just down the road in Escondido -his adopted SoCal home
After Midnight, Cocaine, Call Me the Breeze, Crazy Mama -he wrote em all
The good thing about musicians like this -the music will live on for generations to come

I saw JJ Cale in Wichita KS in the mid 70's. He was originally from Tulsa OK, which once had a strong music scene. A great songwriter and performer. RIP JJ.
I guess we're not in Kansas anymore.
