I found the only way to watch it is first thing in the morning or after 7 or 8 double espressos. Never start to watch an episode if you need to catch a plane in the next 3 or 4 hours.
So…if you wish to wish a wish, you may swish for fish with my Ish wish dish.

What Slinky said. I watched the whole series 1 and 2 in HD that way. If you like British period dramas, The Village is very good and available on iTunes.
