arghhhhhhhh !$%)(*)@#(_(&%$_!_~#)!_!!(*&^%%$$##$@$@$^ bosses who don't read a friggn' thing you send them, give no feedback, no helpful respond on summary, vague, unavailable, don't talk to their co senior employees about what is mutually wanted etc etc etc. and then AFTER you think you've consulted checked several times with them or whoever has bothered to frigg'n respond, got the only feedback anyone will give you... you finish and send out to supplier,

they THEN give you their Q@#$)*(^&$)@( comments that it doesn't fully meet what they want

And here's me thinking it was a Frosties advert. How disappointed.

acksherly, a fairly direct email from moi to all saying maybe a phone call is in order between said senior chappies, 3 triangulated phone calls later, and we're all back on the same page and all is well in the world. One occasion where communication worked, and we understand what we want even better now thus helping moi on the next stage.

hee hee.
actually it was good end to the day. it's nice to have at least 1 out of 50 conversations where 3 people agree, particularly this couple seniorites.
