Information coming out of the CCP is not expected to be believed - thats a given, an obvious bubble being flattly ignored is more problematic especially given Australia's reliance on this engine to continue. There are so many factors at play in China - its basically a case of doing everything they can to keep growth at a level sufficient to absord enough new entrants into the market. 64 million vacant properties and even more people searching for homes without the money to pay... It seems like a recipe for a correction.
