China's economic future

Post by Joseph27 » 15th Mar, '12, 08:23

This is an interesting insight into the next 18 months for China - with the 2008 GFC now 4 years behind us; China's response seems to be locking them in to a course of action that doesn't bode well for the Australian economy which is entirely addicted to its mining boom paid for the 'worlds factory'

"truth is a group of metaphors, metonyms, and anthropomorphisms; a sum of human relation which is poetically and rhetorically intensified, metamorphosed and adored so that after a long time it is then codified in the binding canon."

wow... this is a great article.

interstingly, the chinese government indicated last week that they consider the current value of the Renminbi to be about right, so all hopes of futher appreciation of the "substantially under-valued" currency are probably in vain.
