British soldier murdered in UK

Post by daffodil » 23rd May, '13, 18:07

Just saw the video footage on the BBC, chilling stuff. The MOD suggested that service personnel conceal their uniforms in public, though it seems at this stage it's a one off incident, albeit a tragic one.

I still can't believe this has happened. Huge bravery of the lady who stepped in afterwards. Mad.

The way people were just walking by, minding their business is the part I find most disturbing. Murders will happen, whether by Islamic nutjobs or otherwise, but on a street in broad daylight without anyone intervening?

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/ ... unity.html

Two things about the above story:

1. Two obviously foreign-born guys shouting Islamic slogans and describing their act as religious warfare murder a British soldier on the streets of Great Britain. The British police respond firmly and in force against vandalism and tweets to protect moslems in the UK.

2. The leader of the EDL apparently has a shirt where the collar and the "hoodie" are ONE AND THE SAME. They therefore win.
