Windows phone is banned from my work for email. iOS and Android (with Touchdown) are accepted. Touchdown ain't that bad, I like that I have a PIN code for my phone and a different (and more sophisticated) one for my email.

Not enough security on the phone in comparison to iOS and Android/Touchdown combo.
