3rd-party router firmware

Post by Jedi » 16th Sep, '08, 13:34

Finally bit the the bullet and replaced my linksys firmware with DD-WRT. Extremely happy with the results. Not a single hitch in the flashing process and after an hour or so of testing, it's working better than ever. The amount of detail information you can get from your router is amazing (compared to what linksys gives you). But one of the best thigs, it resolved my issue of bluetooth devices interfering with wifi. Oh and QoS actually works!

I believe Tomato to be the more popular choice, but i didn't see anything about it fixing bluetooth interference issues.
