or whatever it is going to be called, is a certainty, i think: yesterday i received a software update for DVD Ripper, containing an update to accomodate the iPad Mini format...

Can you blame him? Afterall they are a lot better than the regular iPads (for internet surfing on the couch for example)

Since my couch surfing is getting more and more I've been thinking of getting a small tablet (7"). I want to be able to hold it in one hand so Ipad is out, ipad mini is a bit too expensive. Main purpose would be internet surfing, emails and ebooks. Any recommendations?

According to the old bugger at Brunch, the Samsung Note 3 is just around the corner.

The Note is looking like a practical cross between phone and tablet, or Phablet as they are called.

Samsung seems rather pricey (?). The Kindle Fire HD looks quite ok together with the Nexus 7
