Best tablet for handwriting recognition?
Samsung Galaxy Tab or Windows 8? Any opinions on who's got the best handwriting recognition? I've been fantasizing about a computer that would convert my scrawl to text for, oh, 20 years now. Can't believe the technology isn't fully mature yet!

After owning a newton message pad MP110, I break into a sweat when thinking about handwriting recognition.

Perhaps you'll have more luck in another 10 years or so...

It'll be voice recognition by then.
It'll have to recognise your drawl rather than your scrawl!

I haven't written anything on paper for a long time, because I type much faster on my phone or tablet.

Hmmmm...still use paper and pen at meetings. It always looks bloody rude when people are staring at their screen, tapping away.
