according to Reuters. too bad, i know they're losing money, but plasma tv's are still superior when it comes to watching movies.

our 50" is still a wonderful tv. i think i may even buy a new one if there's a firesale just before they end this...

Shame. Sadly I think Plasma will die out very soon. There don't seem to be many (any?) new plasma models being produced.

I heard CRT TVs are in the decline as well

Oh that's a shame. I love mine! There's two in this household, the 42" now in my bedroom, and the 50+" in mainroom. It's great TV. Hoping they have a good lifespan, be sad to replace them.
