How to lose weight? Help
Hi. How to lose weight effectively. From many time I have problem with overweight, and I can't solve it. I think to try the product for weight loss lipovon. Do you know something about it?

May I suggest a cure for too much weight, proven over several hundred years and requires no pills or chemicals. Eat sensibly and do more exercise.

You have to exercise regularly to lose weight or don't have anything except for soup, salads and fruits for a month. You will starve and lose weight.

actually the best way is still to excercise and control food intake.
I felt over weight about a year ago too and when i realized that climbing a bit of stairs was too exhausting was too much for me i decided to take action.
key is to start on cardio to loose weight (but throw in some weights too).
My game plan was this:
sign up for gym (fitnessfirst was the one i went to). - selection of gym is important. for me i choose one near my office(no excuse to skip gym) and also a little more pricey (force myself to go). broke down the cost of the gym and decided i must go 4 times a week to make it worth it (and i actually did most of the time).
Food: actually i dint really limit myself on this. but i definately cut down on soft drink (Which was pretty easy) and for meals i took it in steps. first i made sure i ate 5 meals instead of 2 per day. bfast i eat ham and bread etc, den snack (low fat if possible) ard 10, lunch normal, snack again at 4pm (again low fat) followed by dinner and snack before sleeping.
for the snack find something healthy and low in fat. i love banana and yoghurt so it worked great for me. sometimes i have macadamia nuts etc. by eating this snack you feel fuller by lunch and dinner time so intake there gets cut too.
excercise: google up on this. see what you like and try it. key is to break sweat but not feel like dieing (coz you will give up). for me i take runs on threadmills at a good pace than do some weights. at first you will want more cardio than weight lifting to get rid of the fat but still do the weights. why? weights help you loose weight too and best thing is when u see the muscle coming out...shiok! like all worth it liao.
results: honestly the best thing to keep you going is when you hear peeps praising you. You will feel more self confident too.
Always weigh yourself at least once a week and when you see the weight going down you will be darn happy until a certain point where u realize weight going down is not good coz means u loosing muscle too hehe

Just wanted to help people who are looking for viable solutions. My MUA approached me for the product and ended up losing 2 kg of fats in the first week. It works that well.
