I'm craving Tartine Bakery's sourdough (SF-style sourdough, basically). My experimental sourdough starter is in its infancy (I just mixed it last night!) so it will be a while til it's mature enough. And I suck at baking so even with the right starter I might never get the dough to rise.
So, where can I find a good sourdough bread in Singapore?

Maybe this will help :

Also, there's an organic company that delivers but not sure about sourdough.
I love a good sourdough (well, bread in general) - also quite difficult to source in Manila but Paul's (UK) is opening just around the corner from me soon . YAY
Edit : I think Paul's also recently opened in SIngapore?

Thanks daff I saw some interesting places in that list. I think I'll drop by Baker & Cook one weekend, I it's within stumbling distance.
Paul's opened in Takashimaya some time ago but I heard the queues are nuts. I'm not the queueing type... Maison Kayser is generally good but their sourdough is not that great.
