Went to 1-TwentySix at Big Splash in the East Coast park last week.
Food was excelent and service pretty good. We ate inside but would recommend booking an outside table.
cost abt S$200dinner for 2 with a bottle of wne.

Had drinks here a couple of times in the last week and frankly I think they might be struggling given the high number of unavailable wines on the menu.
First visit they claimed they were low on stock (only the $150 Sav Blanc left...) and were changing their wine list the next day. Subsequent visit on Sunday and they had "run out" of 2 of the new wines already and were also out of Veuve!
Had some pretty average tapas stuff the first time too, shame as the venue is rather pleasant.
