Looking for a Three-month Flatshare or House share

Hi Everyone,

I'm embarking on a three-month freelance contract. I am looking for:
- A furnished room
- Flatmates who are female professionals or expats
- Safe location
- Accessible to the city
- Non-smokers
- Budget is in the $650-$800/mo range (utilities can be included or not)

I'm very relaxed as a roommate. I'm not looking for anything grand - only something safe, accessible, and comfortable. I'll be away most of the day due to work but would like a quite space when I get home. I'd love to occasionally cook breakfast or a light dinner, but not a big deal. I don't smoke, I'm friendly, and very chill as a flatmate. I would prefer my own bathroom if possible but not a big deal.

I've checked out Easy Roommates, Craigslist, and Gum Tree but if anyone has any place available or can recommend one, I'd appreciate it. Thanks so much!

heyy…why don't you opt for service apartments which are available on a short term basis as well. Property Guru offers good options for service apartments and you will also get a good customer service experience as they have a good reputation in Singapore.
