Afraid we've all learnt the hard way with this stuff, case of buyer beware and read the fine print. I know this will be considered a troll like post, but in the event you're really just steaming off in frustration and given the benefit of doubt for 2 seconds, understand it's a very annoying lesson to have to learn.

I found most spa personnel in Singapore to be incredibly aggressive - it's obvious they make their money from selling these packages. One reason I started going to hotel spas - they don't expect you to hang around to use packages. (They try to sell you product instead )

OP, I understand your frustration but a lot can happen in a "few years". They are probably within their rights to expect you to have used them up quicker.
