Sydney Seafood School has a few vids on there.
edit: You'll find this hard to believe but I actually cleaned a squid there a couple of months ago.

Can't say I'm in a rush to repeat the experience but it wasn't quite as bad as expected.
Preparing whitebait - well at that point my gammy wrist just gave up and I moved onto making the dressings
