Picture 1 - this is by a lady called Rascha, she is the daugther of a very well known artist and is based in Singapore. This photo doesnt do it justice at all you need to see this painting. It is quite large.

Bali painting. Framed by Framing Angie. A bit dark in this pic but in real life is a very peaceful painting, lovely colours, lots of cream, dark cream, the paint itself has a rough finish, really nice and huge painting.

Admin, happy to pay a fee to post these. Just tell me how much.

Will post mongolian peice later, too much light behind it to get decent photo.

Need to sell these things, wont sell for silly prices but happy to cheerfully haggle.

I'll take the japanese Swords as payment.

Seriously, you're not a commercial entity so don't worry about it.

They were $1k I think or $1.2 cant remember, will sell for $600. Happy to contribute to group funds if i make a sale.

I could teach you how to properly use your equipment. I'm good at that.

I sent you her website, you can email her direct tell her you are a mate of mine and do a deal!

Oooh M, so that is what they are. The frame is lovely too, it is real bronze or copper with indents, really rather nice.

Any takers? Roll up roll up, Aliya has a big purchase to pay for and has to flog stuff off.

More pictures to come :)

If you factor in shipping you're out of the race.

but I may not be given permission to look at it. Everytime I suggest something Japanese for the household, the stock standard reply I get is "I'm japanese, isn't that enough for you ?"

At which point the conversation dies.

interesting, they don't seem to be a matching set. what i thought is the wakazashi seems older than the katana. how long the blades? do you have a close-up of the handguards?
