Bought it for close to $200. Used 2 or 3 times until we realised that it wasn't a matter of BBIII getting used to it, he just hated it. Despite BBIII's dislike for the device, it's been reviewed as a wonderful swing by many parents, hence why we bought it.

Anyway, it's for sale. Any resonable offer that doesn't require me to deliver it will be looked upon favourably.

It looks very confy and I'm looking for a chair for my newly fitted home office. Does it have a tray for a laptop and space for a phone/fax, oh and a coffee cup holder?

What's the range at full power?

It is fabulous for getting kids to sleep, recommended! Its funny what some kids like and others dont isnt it. A friend has two kids each who hated what the other liked it was a nightmare for them.

it's generally considered highly unwise to get children used to automatic swinging (such as that chair, putting them on the washing machine or taking them for a ride in a car) to get them to sleep, as it will mean they will have to unlearn it again when they get too old/big for the chair and you'll be facing even more trouble getting them to sleep... so while it may be an interesting gadget to distract them, using it to get them to sleep is not the best course of action.

Of course it is good to know BoD hasn't procreated yet,,, should have to take courses, in the washing machine indeed

M, it worked for a friend during a bad patch, no problems now although I could see it could really cause problems if it was used every day to get a child to sleep.

yeah, that's the problem usually...

Interesting - I never used our swing as a way to get the kids to sleep. I just put them in there because they liked it.

While everyone is ruining any chance I had of selling that thing on here, I must say that we didn't buy it with the intention of getting BBIII to sleep in it. It was too keep him amused for at least more then 2.5mins before needing to be picked up.

we're not slagging it, to the contrary, it is a great gadget for kids, it really is, recommended highly from what I have seen!
