That google image reminds me of my schooldays - the boys would compete as to who could eat the most daffodils on St David's Day without throwing up.
Needless to say, the digestive system and daffodils are somewhat incompatible.....

I seem to remember eating daffodil flowers in the dim and distant past?

Could be just a dodgy flashback though.

Well the bulb / stem is actually poisonous, not sure about the petals. Think I'll stick to putting them in a vase
