CPF Interest

As I am now paying CPF for my company i notice that late payments attracts a fine to some calculation of interest .

My CPF used to be often paid late but i dont recall receiving any interest payment top up to compensate me for lost interst does anybody know what happens to the fine ???

It helps to pay their 2.5 to 3.5 months bonuses every year.
