No big loss to the world. He didn't last long in captivity did he? Not as strong as the girls he abducted. I hope this brings some closure to the girls and their families.

I honestly couldn't decide how to articulate how I felt about this when I read the news yesterday. You've summed it up nice and succinctly, baloo, thanks.

at least this means he won't be fighting for visitation rights to his daughter.
but yes, he should have lived long years out in solitary confinement only interrupted by the occasional random beating from a fellow inmate.
