Email received this evening:
Dear <Neo and Kooky>
I write to you today as an owner (not as a committee member) to ask if you would consider renting your spare car space for a period of 2 months.
I have a new tenant and we need three garaged car spaces until mid-June 2012. Thereafter we will return to the two car spaces.
Should you wish to rent the carspace, I am happy to take your suggestion on the rate.
I noticed in other communications that you often use the spare space for tradespeople during improvement works to your unit. As the tenants in my lot are all professionals working 9am - 5pm jobs, I'm happy to offer my space (close to the elevators) for your tradespeople during the rental period.
Have a think about it and let me know if you're keen to earn a little more cash.
Regards,
<Chairman of the Executive Committee>

Dear <Chairman of the Executive Committee>
I think you'll find there's a by-law against subletting car spaces.
Much Love

I
promise you, we have just received this email. The nerve of the man; I wouldn't be surprised if the dodgy car is his tenant's.
I haven't yet sent a reply, I'm debating whether to send the above or simply "get fucked". What do you think?
