ok, it seems that i was warned not to go to job search portal on MOE servers because then they will sent an email to my principal and head of department. i mean sent email about me searching for a new job? i dont see any reason why not. i mean, the pasture is always greener on the other side.

Can't you say you'd like to try something new?

Maybe you should do your job searches in your own time, not theirs. Also be aware that, once they start watching you, they're probably monitoring ALL your internet usage.

I agree with kooky - you're technically using your employer's resources so they have the right to monitor your usage / email / etc - especially if the policy has been clearly laid out and communicated.

They will still be able to detect what you look at / visit, I would think.
