Mac - Thunderbird
Hello Mac people
I have a question - probably the first of many...
I am seemingly too blind to see the text in thunderbird properly...and while I can make the text in the preview pane bigger of a particular email I cannot seem to make either the folder list / list of emails larger font. I believe there is programming involved...can anyone direct me how to do this?
Thank you

In your case I think a step ladder will help.

Use Mail? I don't use Thunderbird, so can't help you there.
BTW a neat trick for resizing photos for the web or email is to zoom to the size you want in iPhoto or preview and then press shift-command-4. Then you get a cursor to select the area of the pic you want. Select that area and hey presto you have a png on the desktop ready to go. Only discovered this a few weeks ago, but it saves a bundle of time compared to mucking about with resizing by any other means. I suspect this is why resizing isn't really featured in iPhoto very well, but nobody told me, so I'm telling you.

It's surprising that when someone says "Mac" I shudder with horror, but if they use the word "Big" in front of it I jump up and down in delight!

Re: Mac - Thunderbird
I've just noticed the special forum.
(I had warned Neo to expect lots of questions but he said, there's not much that can go wrong, what will she need to ask?)
